This location is really lovely, so quiet and with nature. The classes are great and all the instructors are very kind and patient. I also like how some classes have moved to a 5:30pm start, which means I can make it to more of them. This has become my new 'go to' location, as its very close to my home. I really like the convenience of not having to go all the way into the centre of town now!

Beautiful shala at yoga garden. Roz is super welcoming. Exvellent lesson by Rachel Grey... very experienced and calm and friendly.

I had the pleasure of attending a yoga class today, and it was exactly what I needed. The teacher Ming created such a calming and welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. The flow was thoughtfully structured — challenging enough to feel accomplished, but gentle enough to stay present and connected to my breath throughout.
I left the class feeling more recharged. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I did a wonderful vinyasa flow with kru b. She was excellent at providing modifications for ask of the different levels in the class and provided some strong, optional hands-on adjustments

Amazing yoga studio. Very peaceful setting and Kru B is a truly amazing teacher. Able to respond to all yoga levels, makes helpful adjustments, and very calm but engaged. So happy I found this yoga!
